Shipping

All orders are shipped within the United Kingdom with free delivery as standard — no minimum order.

Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. If you've ordered a mounted or framed piece, please allow up to 10 working days for dispatch while your order is prepared.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Returns & Damaged Items

Original artworks

Each original is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece. As such, I'm unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your original arrives damaged, please send me a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and I'll arrange a refund or replacement.

Fine art prints & framed prints

If you change your mind, you're welcome to return an unused print within 14 days of receipt. Please get in touch before sending anything back. Return postage is at the buyer's cost. If your print arrives damaged, photograph it within 48 hours and I'll make it right with a refund or replacement.

Greeting cards & postcards

Due to their low value, I'm unable to accept change-of-mind returns on cards. If yours arrives damaged, just send me a photo within 48 hours and I'll send a replacement straight away.
